Ingredients
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Bacon
1 cups yellow cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup chopped cooked bacon, divided
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Oh! So Bacon, half of the bacon and cheddar cheese, form into a bal. Place in wrap or covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Roll in cheddar and bacon. Serve with crackers or baguette slices. Also great on toasted bagels.
